Hi! Outsiders was started with an intent to pass on knowledge and experience with functional mushrooms to potentially aid and benefit those looking for alternatives to current health treatments like big pharma, therapy and other age-old methods that are falling short of resolution or solution.
While we believe in the power of microdosing with ‘magic’ mushrooms, we also believe that medicinal mushrooms and adaptogens are equally important and beneficial, which is why we focus on using those in our products.
Who We Are:
Having grown up and lived as outsiders all our lives, we believe this experience has made us more compassionate, respectful and inclusive of others.
Outsiders is a very small company created by 2 people who wanted to fill a void and introduce cool products that are outside the norm of bars and standard teas. Everything we design and create is inspired by life on the west coast, evident in our chocolate shapes and label designs.
We value any interest in our items and are eager to fill orders in the hope that the items will provide relief and ways of coping with many issues that mushrooms and adaptogens have have been shown to help with.
Giving Back:
We believe wholeheartedly in the work of these organizations. Much as we would love to be involved and working with animals directly, helping to fund the work is the least we feel we can do. Please check out these sites and see the amazing things they’re doing to help animals worldwide.

Wholesale Interest:
We have received interest from online and brick & mortar shops to carry our items. Currently we’re working on creating a wholesale portion of our site to streamline orders to distributors and other shops. INTERESTED IN CARRYING OUTSIDERS?
Based in BC, we’re happy to work with local brick & mortar or online shops. Given the fragility of our products during summer months, we prefer working with those close by, but can ship across the country for about half the year.
