Fadiman Approach:
Microdose around 200mg once every three days for about a month — one day on, two days off.

This product:
If psilocybin is chosen from the dropdown above, each truffle contains 500mg. To microdose, we recommend eating 1/2 of a truffle every 2-3 days.

Why space out the doses every few days?
The reason for spacing it out rather than taking it every day is because, although the body processes psychedelics within a few hours, the user will have the same kind of feeling — functioning better — for two days. In addition, this helps prevent a tolerance to build. After a month, it is recommended to microdose as needed.

The effects of microdosing can vary between users depending on their current tolerance, weight, metabolism, when they last ate, how hydrated they are, etc. Those with a lower body weight may need less for microdosing than someone with a higher body weight. It is important to test out how microdosing affects you personally as you start your journey, starting at the lower end and only increasing if needed.
